1. What makes you different?

We go above and beyond to make sure our clients are satisfied. We're not ok with "just ok".  Our clients become an extended part of our family, so we are happy when they are happy.

Another big difference between SFA and the average wealth management firms, we believe it is crucial that our clients remain front and center in every aspect of the planning. From our experience, most wealth managers are concerned about what is on your statements and not so much about who you are and what you are looking to accomplish. That's not how we work. We want our clients engaged, invested and educated as to what is needed to accomplish the goals and objectives they have set for themselves.

In addition, the name of our firm is Swan Financial, with the SWAN meaning "Sleep Well at Night". We want each client to find comfort and the ability to sleep at night knowing that they are making sound, educated financial decisions and are surrounded by a team of people who genuinely care about them.

2. What are your fees?

Depending upon how you are engaging our firm, there are different levels of service and cost that is associated in working with SFA and SMG.

Every prospective client is offered a Complimentary 30 Minute Discovery Call to see if we are a fit to work together. We also find that flat fees are easier for clients to budget for and understand*.  (If you are a consulting client of SFA, we may be additionally compensated through commission based products)

3. What's the difference between your coaching and consulting services?

Great question!

Our consulting clients usually reach out to us when they have "money in motion" (divorce, retiring, job change) or have an immediate need for a product or strategy (Life insurance, long term care insurance, etc.). Our team can help with quotes, applications, and illustrations for life insurance, annuities and long term care products and can also facilitate 401k, 403b, IRA rollovers and planning.

Our coaching clients are looking for more education, insight and tools to help them better relate to money and handling their financial life. Personal money coaching unlocks the power you have within to take control of your money and break through barriers into a better life. Our coaching clients also understand that financial stress influences everything else in their lives and they are ready to manage their money instead of letting their money manage them. They can either purchase self paced courses or one-on-one private sessions or a combination of both.

What's exciting is that a lot of our consulting clients end up becoming coaching clients as well! It's the best of both worlds.
